LaunchLex ("we," "our," or "us") provides web management, development, and digital services through our client portal at portal.launchlex.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

  • Project details: website URLs, business names, and other information you provide when setting up or discussing a project.

  • Billing information: payment details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, and session metadata collected automatically via server logs and analytics tools.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver and manage the services you have subscribed to.
  • Communicate with you about your project, invoices, and support requests.
  • Send service-related transactional emails (e.g. account confirmations, payment receipts).
  • Improve the quality and reliability of our services.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase-hosted infrastructure (PostgreSQL on AWS). We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to client data is restricted to LaunchLex staff on a need-to-know basis.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data on our behalf:

  • Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Vercel — application hosting and deployment.

6. Cookies

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
