What's included in each plan?
Every plan includes website hosting, security monitoring, performance optimization, and uptime tracking. The Growth plan adds content updates, new page builds (up to 2 per month), design changes, and AI chatbot integration. The Scale plan includes everything in Growth plus unlimited new pages, ML-driven conversion tools, voice AI, custom API development, and custom AI integrations — with add-ons quoted per project.
How do I request an update or a new page?
Log in to your client portal and open a support ticket or send a message through the project tab. Describe what you need and we'll get back to you within one business day with a timeline. Content updates are typically completed within 2–5 business days depending on complexity.
How many new pages can I get per month?
Growth plan clients can request up to 2 new pages per month. Scale plan clients have unlimited new page requests. Pages beyond the Growth limit can be added as one-time add-ons — contact us for a quote.
What is the client portal?
The client portal is your private dashboard where you can view your project status, track the delivery timeline (Discovery → Build → Review → Launch), submit support requests, and manage your subscription and billing — all in one place. You'll receive an invite link from us to set up your account.
How long does it take to launch a new website?
A standard website project moves through four phases: Discovery (scoping & planning), Build (design & development), Review (revisions & QA), and Launch (go-live). Most projects are completed within 4–8 weeks depending on scope and how quickly feedback is provided. Your project tab in the portal always shows your current phase.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from the Billing section of your portal. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through Stripe. Annual billing is available with a 5–10% discount depending on your plan.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from the Billing section of your portal. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period and you won't be charged again. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts on monthly plans.
Where can I find my invoices?
All invoices and billing history are available in your portal under Billing → Manage Billing Details. You can download PDF copies of any invoice from there.
